We would like to kindly inform you that in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, on February 15, 2024, additional provisions came into force to ensure the protection of minors who have become victims of violence (the so-called "Lex Kamilek" Law). Under this Law, representatives of the hotel industry, among others, were required to identify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e. to determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor with whom he or she has arrived and whether the child is not at risk in a given situation.
